Cat founded Wild Watchers on one belief. Every exotic pet deserves a caretaker who loves them and speaks their language.
Her obsession started with childhood frogs and small mammals, intensified through three caimans, and now fills her home. She breeds tarantulas, keeps axolotls, runs cichlid systems, and enjoys a rainbow of bearded dragons and ball pythons. The black throat monitor is the crown jewel, though the spoiled cats and tortoises would argue. This is not just a business. It is what happens when your whole life revolves around extraordinary animals.
Sandy started in East Texas with his first boa and never stopped. Over 30 snakes later, mostly large constrictors that demand respect and proper handling, he is the one people call when a python goes missing or a monitor needs a fortress. Engineering solutions to reptile problems is his specialty. Escape proof setups, efficient heating, habitats that actually work. He has kept and bred a dozen snake species plus everything from tegus to tree frogs.
Together that is 27 years of combined experience with animals most sitters will not approach.
Our Mission
We started Wild Watchers because the north end of Palm Beach County needed real exotic pet professionals. Not dog walkers who also do reptiles. Not somebody learning about your animal on the spot.
