About Wild Watchers

What makes you different from other pet sitters?
We're exotic specialists, not generalists. We understand proper UV gradients, humidity requirements, escape-proofing, and species-specific behaviors. We keep these animals ourselves.
How long have you been in business?
Wild Watchers is Palm Beach County's newest exotic pet service, since 2025, founded by keepers with 27 years of combined hands-on experience. We're building our reputation one happy client at a time.

Do you have references?
Yes. We'll gladly connect you with current clients who have similar species. Also check @wildwatcherspbc for testimonials.

Are you accepting new clients?
Yes! We're actively growing our client family and have availability for new regular and vacation clients.

Services & Expertise

What species do you service?
We specialize in reptiles, birds, small exotic mammals, amphibians, and invertebrates. We also care for cats and consider dogs individually. Our expertise spans from bearded dragons to black throat monitors, finches to macaws, ferrets to chinchillas.

Do you handle aggressive or defensive animals?
Yes. We have extensive experience with defensive reptiles and stressed exotics. Our calm approach and proper handling techniques usually defuse situations quickly.

Can you manage special feeding requirements?
Absolutely. Live feeding, frozen/thawed transitions, specialized diets, hand-feeding - we've done it all. We are particularly experienced with picky eaters.

What about aquarium care?
We provide basic maintenance: feeding, simple water changes, and equipment checks. For complex water chemistry, disease treatment, or major system issues, we refer to aquarium specialists.

A Final Thought

"They can't help themselves. That's why they need us."

— James Herriot, All Creatures Great and Small

Your ball python can't explain why she stopped eating. Your bearded dragon can't tell you his basking bulb burned out. Your monitor can't call when the automatic mister breaks. They live in a world built by humans, dependent on us to notice what they cannot say. This vulnerability isn't weakness - it's trust in its purest form.

Every exotic pet is a silent agreement: they give us their wild beauty, their honest authenticity, their glimpse into creation's diversity. In return, we become their voice, their advocate, their bridge between wildness and home.

At Wild Watchers, we speak for those who cannot speak. We notice what others miss. Because they can't help themselves - that's why they need us.
